Yes. We recommend booking a single session first to see if the VIP Pass is the right fit. Decide within 30 days of that session and its studio hours come off the price of your pass. The credit covers your first session's studio hours; post-production isn't part of it, since every pass already includes post-production going forward.
We charge from the moment we start recording to the end of your last take. In exceptional circumstances — such as a delayed guest or a complex bespoke set design — we may charge from the scheduled session start time. Beyond the one-hour minimum, time is billed in 30-minute increments. If you record 1 hour and 15 minutes, you are billed for 1.5 hours. Your first set design is prepared before you arrive, so there is no waiting time at the start of your session.
It depends on your pass. Essential hours are valid for 60 days from purchase, Signature for 90, and Elite for 120. If you need more flexibility, you can pause your package for up to 30 days.

Yes, as long as you cancel the reservation at least 48 hours before it happens, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment. If you've already had your session with us and in the rare scenario where you're not satisfied for whatever reason, reach out to us and we will work with you to make things right.
Editing is not included in the VIP Pass. However, we do offer editing packages as an add-on. Message us on WhatsApp to learn more.
We edit them — but not in the sense of cutting, adding captions, or applying effects (that's editorial editing, which you or your editor handle downstream). What we do is technical post-production: we take the raw footage — recorded in a flat, cinematic profile called Log — and we colour-grade every clip so skin tones look natural, contrast pops, and each shot matches the one before it. We also master the audio: removing room hum, balancing levels between takes, and setting your voice to broadcast standard. The result is footage that looks and sounds finished when you receive it, ready to drop straight into your edit. If you'd like us to handle the editorial editing too, that's available as a separate add-on.
We aim to deliver your content within three working days of your session. Turnaround may be slightly longer during peak periods. Same-day delivery (within 24 hours) is available for an additional $100.
We have three 4K cameras including Netflix-approved cinema gear, four Shure SM7B podcast microphones (the same microphone used by Joe Rogan and many of the world's top podcasters), two Sennheiser MKE600 shotgun microphones, and two Rode Wireless Pro clip-on microphones.

Yes, and we recommend it. We can upload directly to your Google Workspace Shared Drive and will provide instructions to help you set this up.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your Google Drive link is shared to download your files. We recommend downloading promptly — we are not able to recover content after this window has passed. If you experience any access issues, contact us immediately.
Yes. VIP Pass hours can be used for off-location shoots anywhere in Medellín. For productions that don't require heavy equipment, we add one hour to cover setup. For productions requiring lighting rigs or additional support equipment, we add up to three hours depending on the scope.
We don't offer space-only rentals. We maintain full control over how the studio appears in content published online — this ensures Estudio Helios is always represented at the highest standard. Your team is welcome to capture behind-the-scenes content during your session.
We don't create AI avatars in-house, but clients are welcome to use the studio space and equipment to record footage for their own avatar creation.
No. You can book from anywhere in the world. Most of our international clients fly in for a focused content sprint — typically three to five days — and leave with months of content ready to publish.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher-tier VIP Pass at any point. Hours already used will be billed at your original plan's rate; remaining hours move to the new plan.
It depends on the session length, content format, and how efficiently you can deliver final takes. We've seen clients record over 50 short-form pieces in a single two-hour session. That said, volume alone isn't the goal — we recommend focusing on content that balances quality delivery with realistic output targets.
