  • Information you provide directly — When you submit an inquiry or qualification form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you share about your business or project.
  • Booking information — When you schedule a session through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and chosen time slot on our behalf.
  • Usage data — We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, time on site, and general location (country/city level). Your IP address is anonymised.
  • Cookies — We use cookies for analytics, referral tracking, and to remember your cookie consent choice. See the Cookies section below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and process session bookings.
  • To send booking confirmation and preparation emails.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve the experience.
  • To attribute bookings to referral partners where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

  • helios_ref — Set when you arrive via a referral link, so we can credit the referring partner if you book. Expires after 90 days.

Data retention

Form submissions and booking details are retained for as long as is necessary to provide our services and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (26 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@estudiohelios.com.co and we will respond within 30 days.
