We usually charge from the moment we start recording to the last moment of the last recording. In rare situations such as a delayed guest or a meticulous bespoke set design, we will charge from the session start time. We also charge in half-hour increments beyond the one-hour minimum. So if you record 1 hour and 15 minutes in the studio you will be charged for 1.5 hours. We will ask you in advance what you want for your first set design and we will have this ready for you when you arrive so that you're not waiting around.

For productions that do not require heavy equipment (lights, supports etc) we charge an additional fee of one hour from your package. For productions that require heavy equipment, we charge up to three additional hours from your package depending on the requirements.

As a rule we keep tight control over how our studio appears in content online. As a result, we do not allow clients to use their own filmmakers in their sessions with us, although we welcome BTS (behind the scenes) content recorded by their own team. This ensures that the studio is always shown in the highest possible quality to potential clients.

We do not create AI avatars in-house, but we allow clients to use the space to create their own AI avatars.

We've seen clients record over 50 reels in the space of just 2 hours. But that approach doesn't guarantee success.
